Cancelling an Order :

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not already been processed or dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cleargrip-antislip.co.uk, quoting your order number. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Returns :

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that: The product is unused. It is returned in its original, unopened packaging. Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items :

We are unable to accept returns for: Opened or partially used products. Products damaged through misuse, incorrect application or improper storage. Products specially ordered or customised for the customer.

 

How to Return an Item :

Please email info@cleargrip-antislip.co.uk before returning any products. We will provide you with return instructions and a returns reference number. Unless the product is faulty or supplied in error, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

 

Refunds :

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method as soon as possible. If your order was incorrect, damaged on arrival or faulty, we will also reimburse any reasonable return shipping costs.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items :

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where possible. We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
