1. About Us

This website is operated by Chemical Release Company Ltd, trading as Clear Grip Anti-Slip.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms and conditions.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on screen settings and the surface being treated.

Our products must be applied in accordance with the supplied instructions.

Surface Testing: Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for their intended application. We recommend testing the product on a small, inconspicuous area before full application. Surface preparation and application instructions must be followed at all times.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where:

Payment cannot be authorised.
Products are unavailable.
Pricing errors have occurred.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.

Any payment taken for cancelled orders will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is securely processed through our approved payment providers.

We do not store your payment card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when ordering.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not been dispatched.

Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Opened or partially used products cannot be returned unless faulty.

8. Warranty

Clear Grip Anti-Slip products are backed by our 5-Year Adhesion Guarantee, provided:

Products are applied strictly in accordance with our application instructions.
Suitable substrates are used.
The surface is correctly prepared.
Normal use and maintenance recommendations are followed.

The warranty does not cover:

Incorrect application
Misuse
Damage
Normal wear and tear
Incorrect cleaning methods
Structural movement or substrate failure

If a product is found to be defective before application, our liability is limited to replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, business interruption or third-party claims.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, product descriptions, images, logos and trademarks remain the property of Chemical Release Company Ltd unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
